We also recommend our Mind and Movement Program, Body/ Mind Awareness, and from the Milton Yoga Studio, Meditation/ Relaxation and most Yoga and breathing will help you manage your stress levels.
If our program dates don’t fit in for you, or you are in need of guidance, we strongly recommend a one-to-one consultation so some intervention can be put into place quickly for you. If your stress is of a more serious nature, the expert psychologists from the PsyCare team will be able to provide you with assessment, and rehabilitation.
