Graduation routine is a symbolic rite of passage, as not everyone is able to make it to the last session. If recruits let us know they won’t be attending the last session we make sure they have run through all the Yoga postures set for their Yoga ootcamp program. They are applauded by the Team in their absence, and still receive the Graduation certificate. Graduation routine gives every recruit the opportunity to compare their progress with the first week. All postures will be encountered at least 5 times during the Bootcamp. with the more important postures repeated many more times. Many recruits gave feedback they had encountered and connected with core strength, had stronger arms, and necks and shoulders were more released. Recruits did extremely well on achieving personal targets. Yoga Springtime Bootcamp: Team ‘Strawberry Strength’—dismisssssed!! Sergeant Delight signing off.

Hi Sergeant Delight
What an amazing three weeks! Thank you. I think I am starting to learn some of the secrets of yoga and why I keep coming back.
Strawberry Strength have been a wonderful group to share energy with this BootCamp.
Your wonderful disposition greeting us each morning … how could we not go away energised and happy!
Thank you once again and looking forward to lots more in 2008!
Re-Fresh
Thank you Re-Fresh! It is always difficult to explain to new recruits that every yoga bootcamp is different, every group of recruits is different. The three week journey that you have all shared and participated in is unique to your Team. I am glad that you can see that now you have graduated, and look back on that with fond (can we say fond in Bootcamp?!) memories. Enjoy your break. We have some AMAZING events lined up for 2008 for those wanting to come on the journey.
