Team Springer – 6 am–fantastic session with spines growing taller, shoulders broader, pecs bigger! Swooshed was cheered and clapped for her lengthy demonstration so that we could see the pose developing–thanks Swooshed! Herbal tea all round. Recruits gave feedback as to what they wanted more of, and less of. We are well in sync with the schedule offering the four sessions next week –a lot of leg and stretch work, more planks to build ab/ back strength, and balancing. Enjoy your four-day break. Hi, I feel so great today completing the second week of Yoga Vitality Bopotcamp! My only concern is that I woke up today wanting to go, I’m addicted!
