		<description>Hi Sergeant Springer

This mornings Bootcamp was great! I feel very energised again. I did appreciate you showing us exactly what was expected from the &quot;step&quot; posture ... that really did help me!

Great morning ... fantastic way to start the day.

Have a great weekend.

<description>RE: feeling sloppy and disconnected. &quot;Thank you for reporting in, Bubbles. That&#039;s not a nice way to feel, is it? Considering that we did a lot of breathing with the HA/HA/ breath, had you considered that perhaps the breathing had brought up some feelings? Breathing works very deeply to pull up feelings that are often locked away in the diaphragm. Sergeant Springer did notice that the postures were quite new, and different for lots of recruits, so there will be more time spent on showing exactly how to do them, as that may have contributed to the issue.&quot;</description>

		<description>Hi Sergeant Springer

I found circuit difficult this morning, not a good difficult, more a frustration. If felt I didn&#039;t grasp the postures and then felt I was &quot;all-over-the-shop&quot;.
I did not leave feeling energised like I have previously when you have been up front working the postures with us.

I felt sloppy and disconnected!

		<description>Hi Sergeant Springer
Our bootcamp this morning was amazing ... love those kidney massages!
I understand that different postures work and massage different internal organs but I never know what ones.
It was great this morning to know we were working on our kidneys. Fantastic !!
